Sneak Peek for K of Baby C

Friday I got the wonderful luxury of photograph a friend from high schools son, Cameron. He is adorable, and quite an attitude for being 6wks. Such an easy baby though, as long as mommy was close by he was a pretty happy camper till I made him a bit upset, but nothing that I couldn't handle of course. It was nice though to talk about whats going with the friends we use to talk to in high school, everything has changed. I ramble I know so I'll knock it off and show you what you came here for!

:) I hope you like them K.

Sneak Peek for J - Kansas City MO Portrait Photographer

Thursday I had a great session with J. We went to my lovely somewhat hidden location, which inquired kinda getting lost to find it, he was such a sport with my 'lostness'. We tossed ideas back and forth, which worked out well, which is always a plus for me :). J  is a super sweet guy, such a pleasure to photograph. Thanks again J, here's your sneak peek.

Backyard adventures...

I always wanted to try something new, so I rented an upgraded version of my camera recently. It let me decide if I was ready to upgrade or not. I havent quite grew out of mine but I'm close. Handling this camera helped me decide a lot. I loved this rental camera I really wish it didnt cost so much though. One day soon I will be able to afford it. But for now the one I own will do just fine.
I went searching in our backyard to see what I can capture. I found a leaf bug sitting right in front of me on a tree. So of course I got a few pictures.

He was a cooperative little guy. After this shot he got a little flustered and jumped away but I did get quite a few pictures of him, I'm happy.

Enjoy!

I Hearts Faces|Surprise!

When my husband deployed in '08, my oldest, Seth was 3.  Understood that it meant that daddy was going to play 'soldier' and beat up the bad guys. When it was almost time to come home my husband and I decided we should keep it a secret it if we could. We managed too, in May '09 our now 4yr old son saw daddy again! He was completely surprised.
